The Moment
For two thousand years, the words of Israel’s prophets waited. We waited.
The people of Israel returned home. The State of Israel was built. And now, quietly, tens of thousands of non-Jews on multiple continents are choosing to live by the universal moral laws given at Sinai to all humanity. They are called Noahides. They are awakening. They are organizing. And for the first time in history, they have an address: Jerusalem.
This November, the most committed Noahide leaders from around the globe will gather in Jerusalem — to formally establish the World Noahide Movement.
The question is not whether this will happen. It’s happening.
The question is who will be there when it does.
Delegates from Asia, Africa, the Americas, Europe, and beyond — returning home with organizational support and a mandate to build something new in their communities.
From the City of David to the President’s Residence — four days of learning, planning, and ceremony in a land saturated by prophecy.
You will be more than an attendee. You will be a founding member of an international Noahide movement recognized and supported by Israel’s rabbis and president.

This congress will change all this.
For four days, you will live alongside fellow Noahides from six continents. What Makes a Movement
Every successful spiritual movement rests on five foundations. We have all five — already built, in your hands at the Congress.
The Brit Shalom legal codex (14 chapters, 20 languages) and the Brit Olam siddur (6 languages).
Three-stage path: personal intent → self-declaration → official declaration before the Beit Din.
Daily, weekly, and yearly prayer cycle from the siddur, plus filmed Life Cycle ceremonies.
Rabbi Oury Cherki and the international Beit Din — formally established at the congress.
Six continental councils elected at the congress, anchored to Jerusalem as the spiritual center.

The Workshops
The workshops are not lectures — they are the actual construction sites where the international Noahide community is built.
Brit Shalom and the Brit Olam Siddur proclaimed as the foundational texts. Each delegate receives a personally signed copy from Rabbi Cherki.
Drafting the Founding Charter together. You don’t sign a finished document — you shape it. Six regional groups propose amendments.
The first official curriculum of Noahide life — Brit Shalom chapters, Siddur prayers, and the filmed Life Cycle series in a structured monthly path.
Establishing the International Rabbinic Court. Rabbi Cherki + 3 Jerusalem dayanim + 6 regional dayanim.
Organizing the Six Continental Councils. Each delegate joins their regional council and elects coordinators.
Building sustainable infrastructure. Three-arm funding model: dedicated donations, member dues ($36/year), and government grants.
You arrive as individuals. You leave as one movement.
The Defining Moments
Day 4 · Thursday Afternoon
After all workshops conclude, the final Charter is read aloud. All delegates sign one document — six continents, one signature page, one movement formally founded.

At the official residence of the President of Israel, six representatives — one from each continent — read the Declaration of the Founding in their own languages.
The Venue
The view from the hotel — the Old City and the site of the Temple.
Five nights at the Seven Arches Hotel — perched on the Mount of Olives, with the Old City and the Temple Mount stretched before you at every sunrise.
Spiritual Leadership
The Congress is convened under the spiritual leadership of Rabbi Oury Cherki — President of Brit Olam, founder of the School for the Wisdom of Faith, and a direct disciple of Rabbi Zvi Yehuda Kook, Rabbi Yehuda Léon Ashkenazi (Manitou), and Rabbi Shlomo Benjamin Ashlag.
Rabbi Cherki carries forward the tradition of Rabbi Eliyahu Benamozegh and the great spiritual teachers of modern Judaism who envisioned the Noahide movement as central to humanity’s redemption.
